    UPSTATE PROGRAM: "K-12 Design & Construction in the Upstate"

    As the Upstate of South Carolina continues to grow at a rapid pace, our school districts face an increasing need to improve, expand, and even replace overcrowded and aging school systems and infrastructure.

     Join SMPS Palmetto on February 22nd as K-12 public school procurement representatives Terry Mills, Executive Director of Construction for Greenville County School District; Joe Romenick, Director of Construction and Facilities Services for Fort Mill School District; and Tony Cox, Deputy Superintendent for Rock Hill Schools present projects coming down the pipeline over the next decade for design and construction professionals. Moderated by Karen Calhoun, Principal and VP of Business Development for McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects. Come learn how can you best position your firm for success in the upstate’s dynamic K12 market with specific insight into the overall procurement process.

    The ticket price for members and non-members includes lunch.  Due to limited seating, online registration is highly encouraged. A $10 late fee will be incurred for all walk-in registrations. Payment via cash, check, or card is accepted when paying at the door, and all checks should be made out to: SMPS Palmetto

    Refunds will only be granted if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start time and will only be provided in the form of a credit to another program. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
